Golden Craft Overseas is selling and manufacturing luxury lifestyle retail products such as home decor, furniture, fashion accessories & other related goods.

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance following these Terms and Conditions. We will contact you if any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your Credit card/Debit card/any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 30-60 working days. Any vouchers used in these orders shall be returned & made available to the user in case of cancellation by Golden Craft Overseas. When you place an order on our website, you possibly receive an email with acknowledgement detailing the product you have ordered. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Golden Craft Overseas. Acceptance of your order for goods and the completion of the contract between you and Golden Craft Overseas will occur when your goods are dispatched by your carrier: we will email you that your goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right to fulfil multiple orders separately, which may mean they are dispatched separately by your carrier.
5.Delivery
Golden Craft Overseas endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time frame as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Golden Craft Overseas fails to deliver one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to deliver the goods, Golden Craft Overseas may, at its discretion, charge you for additional shipping costs. You may request international delivery. Please note that your delivery may take longer during sales or other busy periods. Your order will be accepted by Golden Craft Overseas when the products are collected on your behalf by the relevant delivery company from Golden Craft Overseas for delivery to your chosen address. The risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.

Can I return a product if I do not like it?
Return/exchange is only possible if the delivered product is damaged or incorrect.
How do I know if my item is eligible for a return?
We offer 48 hours return policy only to those who receive damaged or wrong products i.e., you can place a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order, as long as the returned products are unused, with the original packaging & tags. However, to process the return we request you to please send a picture of the product on our given mail or WhatsApp & the reason for the return within 48 hours of receiving the product.
What if I have received a damaged product?
Our commitment is to ensure that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in some rare event that you have received a damaged or wrong product, please send a return request on WhatsApp/mail with a picture of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once the return request is approved, we will send you a free replacement or offer a credit voucher for the paid amount.
Do you offer reverse pickups? Are there any additional charges for this service?
We offer a reverse-pickup service for some, but not all pin codes. If your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product(s) by shipping them to us at B-20, Transport Nagar, Moradabad-244001 For Defective/Incorrect orders, we do not have any additional charges for return.
How long does it take to process returns?
We usually dispatch the product(s) within 8 working days after receiving the returned product for a replacement order.
For refunds, we issue a credit/voucher for the paid amount.
7.Payment Methods
While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible for taking any liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you, including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank/s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s. All payments made against the purchases/services on goldencraftoverseas.com by you shall be against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Golden Craft Overseas. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done to ensure a safe and full proof online shopping environment for our users.
8.Pricing Policy
All prices are inclusive of GST at an appropriate rate and are correct when entering the information into the system. Prices may change, and offers may be withdrawn at any time. Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. E-Gift Cards bought on our website can only be redeemed online. E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed in the same currency in which they are bought. E-Gift Cards cannot be used towards buying E-Gift Cards in a different currency and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit. Only one E-Gift Card can be redeemed in one shopping session. Partial redemption is not allowed. E-Gift Cards are valid till 1 year from the date of purchase. Golden Craft Overseas is not responsible if the E-Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission. If the order value exceeds the gift card amount, the outstanding balance must be paid by debit card/credit card/net banking. E-Gift Card will be sent via email; no physical copy would be mailed separately. Please note that once E-Gift Cards are purchased, they cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. E-Gift Card Policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
