Can I return/exchange a product I bought from Golden Craft Overseas?

As per Golden Craft Overseas‘s policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products unless the product does not match the item in the order confirmation or has been damaged during delivery, in which case we would replace your order To return or exchange a product, please write to us on given mail along with your order number, a picture of the received product clearly showing the damage/defect or different, contact information or call us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
As per Golden Craft Overseas‘s policy, we have a strict no refund policy, we do not offer returns, or exchanges on products unless the product does not match the item in the order confirmation or has been damaged during delivery, in which case we would re-fulfill your order or offer a credit voucher with 1-year expiry.
What happens to my money deducted from my debit card/credit card/Net Banking for canceled orders?
In case of such an event, the entire amount will be refunded to you in your Golden Craft Overseas account.
